How long does shipping take?+
US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. International orders take 7–14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we currently ship to Canada, Australia, the UK, and most of Europe. Rates and timing are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?+
We email a tracking link the moment your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page anytime.

What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you or your pet aren't in love, we'll make it right.
What if my product arrives damaged?+
