Eligibility
You can return any NuvPet product within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition, for a full refund.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange for a different size, color, or product.
Return Process

- We'll send a prepaid US return label.
